A recurring theme in my work is the architectural landscapes, surrounded by indefinable forms. I would like to define my drawings as choreography of structures and frames and an attempt to visualize the interaction between the improvised and the intentional.

Imagine Edmund Crumble

Drawings inspired by figures like Don Quixote and Monsieur Hulot…

The sketchy, flamboyant figure, which I call Edmund Crumble (for no reason at all), is happily struggling around on the paper, sometimes aggressively gesticulating, sometimes dancing, sometimes serving a drink, sometimes just pointing with his finger.
